Bill Campbell

Bill Campbell joined Zomedica in July 2022 with over 50 years of experience in senior leadership roles and product design. Campbell is the holder of many patents for medical equipment in the human and veterinary markets. He founded RemoteVet LLC in 1988, a company that developed web-based ultrasound and digital x-ray products. RemoteVet installed products in over 2,000 veterinary hospitals. In 2004, after a successful growth period, he sold RemoteVet to Medical Management International. At the time they operated nearly 700 veterinary hospitals under the trade name Banfield. Campbell then served as Senior VP of Technology for Banfield.
Campbell started Revo Squared in 2009 to enhance the development of digital radiography products. After developing the only dual-resolution digital x-ray system Campbell started the development of MicroView, the world’s first fully automated digital microscope. MicroView dramatically improves the diagnostic value of blood smears, cytologic aspirates, and other tissue samples normally observed using light microscopy. This patented microscope allows, for the first time, the automated preparation and immediate diagnosis of fresh blood smears and cytology samples at the point of care.
