Paul Tye brings more than 30 years of international sales and commercial leadership experience in the veterinary diagnostics industry, with deep expertise in market expansion, corporate account strategy, and building high-performance teams across global markets.

Most recently, Tye served as Owner and Managing Director of his own consulting practice, where he advised diagnostic companies on commercialization strategy and the establishment of national and global distribution partnerships. Prior to that, he served as Senior Vice President, Europe and International at Antech Diagnostics, a Mars Veterinary Health company, where he built the European diagnostics business from the ground up — introducing reference laboratory services and point-of-care diagnostics across the region.

The majority of Tye’s career was spent at IDEXX Laboratories, where he held a series of roles of increasing responsibility over nearly 27 years. As Vice President, International, he was responsible for all corporate and strategic accounts across EMEA, South America, Asia, and ANZ, developing a long-term growth strategy during a period of rapid consolidation within the global veterinary industry and securing signed contracts valued at $350 million over a five-year period. As Vice President, Western Europe, he held full P&L responsibility for a companion animal diagnostics business generating $400 million in annual revenue, delivering double-digit growth year over year. He is a multiple Presidents Club honoree. Outside of work, Tye is a ten-year veteran of the Royal Marines Reserves and is passionate about coaching youth soccer in his community.
